Randox Testing Services offer an impartial, comprehensive national & global collection service through its network of fully trained and certified Collection Officers.
Trained in the collection of breath alcohol, urine, oral fluid and hair samples, our Collection Officers are available 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. In offering a Scheduled and Unscheduled service our target time for attending unscheduled callouts to our clients workplace is 2 hours.
Our Collection Officers can collect, screen and interpret breath alcohol, urine and oral fluid samples on site. All samples are returned to the laboratory in compliance with Chain of Custody procedures for analysis.
All process and procedures are in line with the European Workplace Drug Testing Society Guidelines (EWDTS)

I’ve worked on Nuclear sites for many years and as such have been subjected to strict testing during my tenure with these companies.
The CO introduced himself and throughout was friendly, approachable and professional in every way. I provided CO full access to my office to use at his discretion to carry out these paperwork and testing. The CO’s due diligence in setting up the lavatory area, ensuring the chain of custody was never in question.
